It's Time for Tabbouleh!

Mmm, cucumbers and tomatoes are beginning to ripen in southern Manitoba. And with the early heat wave this season, I've been craving fresh, crunchy & hydrating meals.


Try this recipe for Quinoa Tabbouleh - it's great for meal prep because it stores well in the fridge for a few days.


Want to make it extra local? Along with local produce, use wild rice from Manitoba in place of quinoa (Note: cooking wild rice will take longer than quinoa - use instructions from the grain you choose).
